In today’s day and age, there is an increasing need for Muslim families to reflect on their positive contributions to society while still uplifting their religious values and beliefs. Creating an Islamic environment where children are able to learn their duties toward their Lord as well as the community at large is vital in establishing healthy societies. By the Grace of Almighty Allah, Khairul Ummah has been dedicated to providing this important environment to children everywhere. Established in 2011, what started off as a handful of students has now flourished to approximately 250 boys and girls clad in beautiful Islamic dress. The school, located at 25 Civic Road, offers classes from JK through Grade 11 with separate classrooms for boys and girls. Some facilities include a library, cafeteria, outdoor playground and an indoor gymnasium.

We pray that Allah most High accepts the efforts of all those around the globe who strive to educate and promote our youth in achieving success both in this world and the Hereafter.

Class codes for tomorrow’s online classes will be posted by Maghrib.

We will be starting JK-Grade 3 boys and girls, and grades 4 & 5 girls’ online classes from Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Classes for JK and SK will run from 8:30am to 12:00pm and classes for Grades 1-3 boys and girls and Grades 4-5 girls will run from 8:30am-1:00pm.

All classes including Islamic studies will be conducted via the Zoom platform.

Class codes and passwords will be posted tomorrow. (Tuesday, September 8, 2020)

All Hifz classes will start on Tuesday, September 9, 2020. Timings and class codes remain the same. (Monday, September 7, 2020)

After taking feedback from parents and taking other considerations, we have revised our decision and will be commencing the new year online for all classes until further notice. Details and schedules will posted on our website on Tuesday. There will be no classes on Tuesday. The school day will be longer than it was during the lockdown period and there will be an improved method of delivery for the Quran and Islamic studies class. Due to Covid-19, we will be taking limited registrations this year. We are now taking registrations for the following grades. Registrations will be done by appointment only. Appointment can be booked by sending an email to info@khairulummah.ca and stating student’s name, DOB, grade in September, and phone number. Someone will call you to setup an appointment.
